We are hiring a skilled and motivated Apprentice-to-Journeyman level tradesperson to join our team in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on luxury residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience and is ready to take on more responsibility, grow in their trade, and contribute to the quality and professionalism that high-end construction demands. Key Responsibilities: Assist in and perform skilled tasks in carpentry, framing, finishing, and/or other trades depending on specialty Interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings under the direction of supervisors Work closely with project managers and lead trades to ensure quality and timeline standards are met Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization Mentor general laborers and less experienced apprentices Operate a variety of tools and equipment with precision and care Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and occasionally clients Ensure finishes and installations meet high-end specifications and design standards Track materials, report shortages or needs, and assist with site logistics Qualifications: 2-5 years of construction experience; experience in high-end or custom builds strongly preferred Proficient in reading plans and executing detailed tasks with minimal supervision Knowledge of local building codes and job site safety standards Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional demeanor Ref# KF2104
