We currently have an opening for a full time Brake Press Apprentice. Job Description Brake Press Apprentice This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday with Saturday availability. Responsibilities include: Operation of Cincinnati and Accupress CNC brake presses. Utilization of blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, or sample parts to ensure correctness of finished work piece. Work to close tolerances using required gauges and inspection knowledge. Help with set ups and make sure the correct orders are being done in date order. Qualifications: 2-3 years of CNC brake operation experience. Ability to read and comprehend machine and component drawings. No programming required initially, but must possess ability to comprehend and learn machine programming and tool selection under training of lead operator. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Detailed oriented, self-motivated, ability to work well with limited supervision. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand at machines for majority of work day. Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed for the position.
