We are seeking a Cleaning Table Apprentice to support our Cleaning Department by removing any chalk marks, excess string, and dust from the fully built boot . This role is essential to maintaining our standards of craftsmanship and ensuring consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities: Remove chalk marks, excess string, and dust from the boots. Use proper tools to remove excess cement glue. Confirm left and right are the same size and batch. Trim and fit cushion soles inside each pair of boots. Review boot to ensure it is of expected quality. Maintain the cleanliness of your area. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Driver’s License No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
