We are seeking a Temporary Clerical Assistant to support our Labor Compliance and Payroll department while a team member is on leave (up to 6 months). This is not a temp-to-hire position. The role involves entry-level clerical work — no construction or payroll background required. Key Responsibilities: Organize and save reports, PDFs, and project files Support payroll and labor compliance document tracking Set up/reactivate union apprentices in software systems Send DAS 140 & 142 forms and assist with apprentice layoff paperwork Keep spreadsheets and trackers current Download and organize timecard and labor compliance reports Must-Have Skills: Strong computer skills (Excel, PDFs, file management) Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to manage sensitive data securely Focused, self-motivated, and good at task tracking 100% on-site availability (no remote/hybrid option) Preferred (but not required): Experience with construction, payroll, prevailing wage, or LCP Tracker Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM $20-$22/hour, DOE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED OR CALL US DIRECTLY @ (760) 643-0165
