This is a chance to learn from and work with some of the most accomplished climbing arborists in Minnesota. The ideal candidates will have a passion for tree care and landscape management, with a strong desire to learn safe and efficient practices guided by science and industry standards. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing essential tree maintenance tasks, and ensuring the health and safety of trees in our care. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and structure of trees. Perform tree removal for trees necessary to be removed. Train and engage in arborist rope access work-positioning and rigging systems at height. Operate an aerial lift and other equipment safely for high-altitude tree care tasks. Conduct thorough assessments of tree health and identify any signs of disease or pest infestation. Implement effective tree care strategies. Maintain equipment used for tree care, ensuring it is in safe working condition. Educate clients on proper tree maintenance practices. Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Ability to work in a physical environment, outdoors, for shift durations at a reasonable pace.
