Safety is a core value thatpermeates how we live, train, work, and look out for ourteammates.Summary of Job: This position is responsible forassisting journeyman level construction, installation, alterationand repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance withblueprints, drawings and work orders; provide technical guidanceand direction to lower level employees.Education andExperience: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred, 18-24 months of related experience and/or training isrequired.Skills and Abilities: Experience should be related specifically to assembling hoodsand sheet metal air-conditioning and heating units. Proven working knowledge and experience in ability to read andinterpreter blue prints accurately Ability to troubleshoot service issues with systematic,thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and relatedequipment Experience in providing quality, professional customer relatedservices Ability to work and communicate effectively individually aswell as in a team environment Ability to handle disruptions in stride withprofessionalism.
