As such, the RRS team is very passionate about teamwork and getting the job done right while supporting the development of each employee. The Custom Crating Technician is a valued member of the RRS team and fits seamlessly into the team schedule and rhythm. An employee in this position supports the overall mission of the company by building custom crates on location for items in preparation for shipping. Whether its building something to protect a giant chandelier or preparing a grand piano for shipping, this job will have you in a different location with a different challenge each day. – Training. New employees receive paid training upon on-boarding. During training, employees will conduct in-office hands on training, virtual training, and field training.
