Customer Service Representative Anton’s Plumbing, Heating/Cooling & Energy Experts Fenton, MO 63026 Anton’s is looking to add a Customer Service Representative on first shift in our Fenton MO location. Our customer service team plays a crucial role as the friendly voice of our client, assisting customers over the phone, booking service appointments, and introducing them to our Anton Heroes Program and Ultimate Protection Plans. What You’ll Do: Provide 5-Star quality customer service, establishing friendly relationships with prospective clients. Convert inbound calls into booked service appointments, ensuring all relevant repair details are captured. Deliver call scripts authentically with clarity, enthusiasm, and personability. Tactfully manage difficult calls, serving as an advocate for our valued customers. Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information. Professionally respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting the brand. Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. What Does It Take? Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience Comfortable using phones and computers Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Strong interpersonal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attendance record and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Quick learner with the ability to adapt to appropriate business systems and workflows Multiple or bilingual abilities are a plus!
