**Job Title: Driller Apprentice**
**Job Description**
This individual will be in the field supporting the drill operator. The duties for a driller helper will be assisting the driller by moving and attaching augers along with handling soil sampling. This position will also include preventative maintenance to ensure the drill rig is in working order.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the driller by moving and attaching augers.
+ Handle soil sampling.
+ Perform preventative maintenance on the drill rig.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience working outside in construction or environmental roles.
+ Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
+ Willingness to travel and stay overnight 2-4 times per week.
+ Previous drilling experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in environmental testing and construction material handling.
+ Ability to adapt to varying work environments

**Work Environment**
This is an outside working environment. You will be working with clients and subcontractors on job sites. Be aware of your surroundings as there will be concrete trucks driving in and out of the project. Dress attire includes boots, jeans (without holes), and a shirt with sleeves.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
