Role Overview As an Egress & Exteriors Apprentice, you’ll spend roughly 80% of your time in the field under the guidance of experienced technicians and 20% in structured classroom or workshop sessions. Over a 4-8 week period, you’ll gain hands-on experience in installations and related support tasks. Upon completing the apprenticeship, you’ll transition into a role that aligns with your strengths and interests. Key Responsibilities Assist with egress window installation, vinyl window replacement, entry door fitting, and glass block window projects. Develop carpentry, masonry, and basic heavy equipment operation skills through hands-on fieldwork. Follow safety protocols, maintain organized worksites, and contribute proactively to project efficiency. Participate in classroom learning activities to reinforce field-based training.
