Keep reading! Key Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential settings. Learn to read blueprints and schematics, ensuring accurate and efficient work. Safely install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other residential electrical components. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues under supervision. Adhere to safety standards, codes, and regulations. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Take part in ongoing training and development to gain industry certifications. Requirements and Qualifications Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and work hard. Valid driver’s license in the State of Florida and reliable transportation. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Drive a company-provided vehicle on a pre-determined daily route. Follow established processes and procedures while maintaining safety. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs. Familiarity with Service Titan. Use a mobile application (ServiceTitan) to take customer notes, track time on job, and provide final invoice to customer.
