Ogden Jr. High to get familiar with the translation needs. Meet semi-regularly with a faculty mentor on Weber State’s campus to be mentored Translate transcripts for mathematics videos from English into Spanish. Adapt text for dubbing and time for voice over (will require some training that we will provide) Record the voice over in Spanish for the videos created Description: A student in this position will collaborate with other undergraduate students and in-service 9th grade teachers at Mt. Ogden Jr. High to develop several short videos demonstrating mathematical concepts foundational for success in 9th grade mathematics. The student in this position will be mentored and supervised by a faculty member experienced in translation from English to Spanish. The student will undergo some training as guided by the faculty member. In addition, the student in this position will record voice overs for the Spanish version of the videos.
