Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity as an Entry-Level Powder Coater for a creative fabrication company!
This is a great job for people that likes working with their hands and doing detail-oriented tasks.
While working in the powder coating shop, you will apply durable powder coatings to various building materials in a controlled finishing booth. The coated pieces will then be cured and sent to the production department, where they will be assembled into fixtures for well-known companies around the Portland area.
This position offers on the job training with a growth path in the company.
Entry-Level Powder Coater Responsibilities:
Prepping panels but sanding imperfections and taping off areas that won’t be painted
Lifting panels to hang them in the paint booth
Use polymer hose to spray the coating onto the panels

Entry-Level Powder Coater Job Requirements:
Able to work independently
Stand for duration of shift
Comfortable using and learning the coating process
Lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Pay: $20/HR and raise to $21/HR at conversion
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
Location: Newberg, this position is not accessible by public transportation
