We are looking for a customer oriented, highly technical, and professional residential service technician to join our team. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied and can provide steam/hot water boiler and domestic water heater installations, repair, and services as well as general residential plumbing service and repairs. This position also requires experience in the installation/maintenance of water purification and water softening systems. Main Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing and hot water/steam boiler systems. Travel to job sites and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained. Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replacement options. Maintain proper upkeep of parts, tools, and other equipment in the truck and shop. Provide excellent customer service.
