Responsibilities Assist in the execution of maintenance tasks and projects while adhering to safety protocols. Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment. Support the team in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and systems. Collaborate with senior staff to interpret schematics and develop maintenance plans. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in leadership, project management, and maintenance practices. Document maintenance activities and assist with inventory management of tools and parts. Qualifications Minimum one year experience in facilities management or other maintenance work is highly preferred. Basic understanding of industrial maintenance principles is preferred.
