Duties: – Perform general service including oil change, tire rotations, and fluid exchanges – Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs. – Complete all GM fundamental training – Communicate with service consultants to ensure timely completion of repairs. – Maintain accurate records of repairs. – Communicate effectively with production team lead. – Clean work area at the end of the shift Experience: – 1 year or more of previous general service/lube technician experience is preferred. – Fundamental knowledge of mechanical repairs – Familiarity with standard auto repair shop equipment including vehicle lifts. – Excellent communication skills to interact with service consultants to explain repair options. – Attention to detail to accurately assess and repair vehicles. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
