Inground Pool Installer Meridian Idaho Pool Installation Meridian, ID 83642 Overview We are seeking a motivated, physically capable employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and installation, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role involves working on-site to install various materials and systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The daily work includes lifting, shoveling, trenching and working outdoors. Duties Deliver materials and organize work areas according to project specifications. Perform trenching, excavation, laser grade, shovel work, wheelbarrow and leveling. Operate equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Apply caulking and sealants as needed to ensure proper installation. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Plumbing, electrical and/or gas piping skills a plus. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Skills Experience in construction or outdoor projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Knowledge of concrete finishing and setup of forms a plus. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. Ability to operate equipment effectively and safely. Ability to lift 60-70 lbs. Ability to bend, climb ladders, push wheelbarrows, use brooms and vacuums. Experience on heavy equipment a plus (skid steer, excavator, etc.). Proficient in the use of power tools necessary for installation tasks. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
