Responsibilities: -Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency. -Ensure that the David Williams Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects. -Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. -Responsible for accurate underwriting. -Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance. -Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry. Requirements: – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to listen attentively. – Strong general computer and typing skills. – One year of sales experience. – Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
