Applicant should be detail-oriented to learn the profession and join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and learn to rebuild auto parts. This role requires proficiency with hand tools. The Auto Parts Rebuilder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of mainly automotive and industrial starters and alternators, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Pay and benefits will increase over time and with experience. Responsibilities Disassemble and inspect auto parts for wear and damage. Rebuild components using various hand tools and machinery. Operate lathes and other machining equipment to fabricate parts as needed. Soldering components when necessary to restore functionality. Assemble rebuilt parts according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proficiency with hand tools. Experience in machining processes is preferred, on the job training is available. Ability to fabricate components based on specifications. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Training may be provided.
