To complete the lamination and/or bonding job tasks in the beginning stage of the boat manufacturing process. To apply skin coat, resin/ catalyst mixture, fiberglass cloth material, putty, and wood blocks to designated areas of the boat parts, in a manner prescribed by the company. To uphold the company’s quality of workmanship standards. To complete job tasks within a designated time frame in to meet the company’s production schedule.

Summary of Daily Tasks  
This job will require that the employee frequently during the work shift work in the following positions: standing, sitting. kneeling, stooping, bending. reaching with arms extended, and squatting.
Lifting of parts or materials of light to heavy weight is required on a frequent basis.
Frequent climbing of steps/ladders is required.
Employee must be able to work at heights of up to 8 feet above the floor level when required.
Must be able to comprehend and follow written drawings and assembly instructions.
Must be able to efficiently use a handheld fiberglass roller.
Employee must be able to work with the following hazardous materials: Polyester resin. MEKP (CATALYST), gel coat paint, acetone, Putty, fiberglass cloth material.
Employee will be required to wear/ use the following company approved safety equipment (PPE): rubber gloves on hands.
Employee: must be able to handle job related stress, and interact effectively with coworkers in the workplace.
Employee must maintain their composure acceptable to the employer, at the workplace of the employer.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
