Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Gutter Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Gutter insulation with experience in 5 & 6″ K Style, Custom Half Round and copper gutters, demonstrating expertise in various installation processes. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards while leading a team of installers. Pay: $28 to $30 per hour based on experience Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment to perform installations, including frame carpentry and trim carpentry. Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and prepare necessary materials. Collaborate with team members to restore and maintain project sites, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Provide training and guidance to junior installers on best practices in construction management and estimating. Review blueprints and technical drawings using Bluebeam software to ensure accurate execution of installation plans. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the installation process. Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter or lead gutter installer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency with 5 & 6″ K Style as well as custom half round and copper. Familiarity with construction management principles and construction estimating practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong knowledge of hand tools and safety protocols within the construction environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
