Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous experience as an optician or in a related field is preferred. – Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices. – Familiarity with medical records management, medical billing, and insurance processes. – Proficiency in using computer systems, including electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic. – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and healthcare professionals. – Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. – Knowledge of aseptic technique for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dispensing area. – Basic understanding of retail math for pricing, discounts, and sales calculations.
