Lightning Protection Lead Installer/Apprentice Installer NSK Lightning Protection Decatur, TX We are seeking Lead Installers and Apprentices to join our team. As a Lead Installer/Apprentice you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various installation tasks in the construction industry. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise or a desire to learn a specialty in lightning protection and grounding systems. Lead Installers and Apprentices Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and qualify under the Company Insurance Policy 100% Travel. Travel during the week and home on weekends Pass a criminal background check and drug screen test High School diploma or GED Ability to read and write in English Proven experience in lightning protection systems, general construction, and/or oil and gas industry Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in installation work Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment We offer competitive pay based on experience.
