We’re seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our clients team as a Rotary Press Operator. If you have 1-2 years of experience with rotary presses-or have completed relevant technical training-this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Pay: $21-$23/hr + shift differential
Shift: Fri-Sun 5:00am-5:30pm
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Set up and operate rotary presses using diagrams, videos, and work instructions
+ Monitor and maintain production quality and safety standards
+ Lead and support team members assigned to your press
+ Perform inspections and document results with precision
+ Identify and escalate issues with equipment, materials, or performance
+ Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
**What You Bring:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ years of rotary press experience or technical school training
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to read and interpret basic technical prints
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience in medical or lean manufacturing is a plus
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
