What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A technical school certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field desired. Desire to learn and excel in industrial maintenance. Willingness to ask questions and take advantage of training opportunities offered on and off site. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in roles such as facilities maintenance technician, automotive technician, HVAC technician, apprentice technician, or machine operator. Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tool sets, including: wrenches, screwdrivers, punches, socket set, pliers, hammer, etc. General computer competency: typing, using web browsers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software.
