While the manufacturing process follows standardized procedures, each batch of dried powdered products is unique, bringing variety and challenges to your daily tasks. Employees are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe and controlled work environment.Position ResponsibilitiesProcessingLoad chemicals into large stainless-steel blendersOperate equipment interfaces for pre-blending, milling, and post blendingMonitor automated processes and troubleshoot as neededPackagingPrepare materials and package dried powdered media (DPM) into barrels, buckets, or bottlesPalletize filled containers for shipmentCleaning and MaintenanceAssemble and disassemble equipment, connect hoses and pipingOperate automated cleaning systems and spray down work areasDocumentation and Computer UseMaintain accurate logbooks in EnglishUtilize basic computer skills for tracking and reportingWhile the process remains standardized, each batch of product is unique, leading to variation in manufacturing times.Candidate QualificationsMachine operation, manufacturing, warehouse, or quality control experience preferredBasic computer knowledge and ability to complete paper-based documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsWillingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong attendance recordMust be seeking a full-time, long-term positionAdditional DetailsThe work week starts on SundayTrainees receive a training wage for approximately 8 to 12 weeksOrientation consists of two days before transitioning to assigned positionsA $0.50 per hour increase is applied upon full-time conversionUpon offer acceptance, candidates must schedule and complete a physical exam at Conservative Care.
