Mechanical Installer/ Deinstall & Warehouse Associate Healthcare Technology Consulting San Clemente, CA 92673 Overview The Mechanical Installer/Deinstall & Warehouse Associate is responsible for playing a crucial part in supporting our healthcare technology services by handling medical imaging system installations, deinstallations, and warehouse operations. This position has strong mechanical skills, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a willingness to work in physically demanding conditions, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Mechanical Installation & Deinstallation · Install and deinstall medical imaging systems in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities; · Assist field service engineers with mechanical tasks during service calls; · Harvest usable parts from medical imaging systems and other healthcare devices; · Stage medical imaging systems for testing and quality control; and · Safely operate tools and equipment for system removal, installation, and part extraction. Warehouse & Inventory Management · Organize and manage inventory of harvested medical imaging system parts; · Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and categorization of serial numbers and storage locations; · Maintain an accurate inventory system, assisting with data entry and tracking; · Package and prepare medical equipment and parts for shipment; · Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory; and . Lift and move heavy objects regularly per OSHA standards. About you · Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed; · Residing within a 45-minute commute from our San Clemente office is preferred; · Ability to read and comprehend technical data and instructions; · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for inventory management; · Familiarity with data entry for inventory tracking is preferred; · A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn; and · Demonstrated commitment and self-sufficiency (e.g., Eagle Scout, military service, notable team achievements) is a plus. Qualifications · Required: High School Diploma; · Experience in a mechanical-related field (e.g., automotive service, industrial equipment); · Experience with packaging and shipping medical or industrial equipment; · Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred; · Experience with packaging and shipping medical or industrial equipment is preferred; · Experience driving large vehicles for equipment transportation is preferred; and · Forklift certification is preferred.
