A general comfort level with mathematics; isn’t required; youwill be learning how to calculate drug dosages. Previous experience in customer service or healthcare iswonderful, but not required. Gain experience working in Inpatient or Ambulatory Pharmaciesat UW Health. Upon successful completion of the program, employed traineeswill apply to open positions within UW Health. (see link below formore information). What’s required: Achieve an overall course score of at least 80% for alldidactic and simulation material. Achieve at least 80% on the pharmacy calculations andpharmacology sections. Successfully complete a media fill test and achieve 80% on thecorresponding course material. Successfully complete all designated experientialcompetencies. Sign an Employee Agreement committing to work for UW HealthPharmacy for at least 24 months or reimburse the cost of theprogram.
