Responsibilities: Apex plumbing apprentices/service technicians use their skills to provide solutions to plumbing problems. A service call begins with diagnosing problems and then providing cost estimates to close the sale. Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone/iPad. Educates customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement. Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck. Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events. Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
