Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reports to site supervisor to receive day’s assignment. Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks involving the use of different hand tools used to perform new fixture installation, replace and/or repair existing fixtures. Operate maintenance equipment and a variety of power tools including portable drills, table saws, aerial lifts and related equipment as required. Primary tasks include demolition of old fixtures, installation of new fixtures. Complies with the company’s personal hand tools requirements and always maintains. Competency To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work Operate various motorized light construction equipment. Operate various electric, gasoline powered equipment used in the work being performed.
