Plumbing technicians ability to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Technician needs to be familiar with Service Titan software. Technician should be a 3 year apprentice.
Responsibilities
Navigate Service Titan software
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including hot water heaters
Correct time reporting
Skills
- Use plumbing tools, read blueprints and diagrams, solder pipes, and cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes
- Problem-solving skills
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems by thinking critically to identify the source
- Communication skills
- Explain plumbing problems and solutions clearly and concisely to customers and other contractors
- Customer service skills
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and professionalism to build trust and ensure a positive experience
- Attention to detail
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and pay close attention to existing infrastructure
- Knowledge of materials
- Be familiar with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
Qualifications
Minimum Year 3 apprentice or 5 years experience
Valid drivers license
Trade tools
