This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience and build a career in residential and commercial pool construction. You’ll work closely with experienced crew members and learn the ins and outs of building high-quality pools from the ground up. Key Responsibilities •Assist with pool layout and excavation, including measuring, marking, and prepping job sites. •Support rebar installation and tying steel for structural pool shells. •Help with plumbing rough-ins and equipment pad setups. •Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the job site clean and safe. •Follow all safety protocols and assist with basic job documentation or material tracking when needed. •Support final prep and cleanup before pool start-up and turnover to customers. Preferred Skills and Qualifications •Interest in construction, landscaping, or trades •Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions •Basic knowledge of tools and construction safety practices •Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work as part of a team •Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude •Reliable transportation to and from job sites Why Join Us?
