Properly dressed for all weather. Prepared to work long days with flexible evenings. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role. You have the ability to lift more then 50 pounds. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. The ability to work in all types of weather including cold, rainy, and hot.
