Majestic Water Spouts is seeking a career-focused and motivated individual to bend metal with our CNC press brakes for our growing company. This is not a job in a massive warehouse or risky small business. A day in this position will include a variety of tasks as a normal press brake operator including order management, reading drawings, setting up bending programs, adding and removing tooling and bending up to 75% of the day. The rest of the day will involve supporting our other shop operations with running parts through a wide belt sander, receiving parts, inventory, quality assurance, packaging in fulfillment and taking on additional assignments as needed. Additionally, expertise in any other metal fabrication processes can bring valuable skills to the table. While we have a particular appreciation for individuals with a background in press brake operation jobs, we are willing to train and support an applicant that is solution oriented and has great attention to detail. The Day to Day Reviewing and managing new orders sold by our company. Checking inventory of sold items. Reading blueprints and Programming parts into our press brakes. Bending one-off and production quantities of parts Quality Assurance of bent Parts Maintain all press brakes and ancillary equipment. Operating a forklift to move flat and bent parts around the warehouse. Communicate with various departments about inventory issues or issues with bent parts. Provide insight and find solutions for bending issues. Assist other departments around the business to learn and execute all necessary operations. Other duties as assigned.
