Process Technician 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 1850 Richland Avenue East, Aiken, SC 29801 Overview: Join our team as a Process Technician and play a key role in our manufacturing operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and quality control. Responsibilities: Retrieve prepared molds and installs into molding presses. Secure mold to platen and sets up appropriate mold heating and cooling. Proficiently starts up molds using decoupled/ scientific molding practices. Inspect sample parts for surface and dimensional defects Accurately document process parameters Remove molds from the press and stage for disassembly. Troubleshoot and correct process problems at the press. Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization. – Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus – Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Process Technician – Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings – Familiarity with quality control procedures and process optimization techniques – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly If you are looking to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing team and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
