As the Program Manager of Career and Financial Services you will be responsible for advancing the organization’s economic mobility initiatives by collaborating with leadership, staff, and community partners to enhance career development, financial education, and money management programs. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of career and financial services professionals, fostering a client-centered approach while maintaining a positive team culture—especially during periods of organizational growth and transition Provide ongoing supervision and support to CFS staff Oversee service delivery, conduct program evaluation, and recommend policy and program adjustments to ensure quality and achievement of expected outcomes Establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations to expand the organization’s career and financial services Manage the organization’s “IDA” matched savings program, overseeing relationships with banking and savings institutions Develop, enhance, and sustain job placement and career development opportunities Ensure adherence to behavior change models such as Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care, establishing protocols and monitoring standards throughout the program Act as a liaison with community-based organizations, attending meetings as needed Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field 3+ years of staff management experience, with a strong ability to train, onboard, mentor, and support direct reports to ensure high-quality client services Proven success in program management related to career development, financial management, or economic mobility initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively Thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven, and client-focused environment, embodying Heading Home’s values in all interactions Salary: $65,000 – $73,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Pet insurance Life and Disability Insurance Commuter benefit program 9 paid holidays, 20 days of PTO, 12 sick days Employer-sponsored retirement program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package: Yearly pay Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
