If you have painting, autobody, or any type of spraying experience, this job is for you! Being able to work with your hands and having a basic understanding of tools helps tremendously. Are you looking to get out of a dead end job? We require NO EXPERIENCE for this position. However, People who have hands on experience in the trades have an easier time getting through training. We hire for character and train the skills needed to succeed. Paid training lasts 6-8 weeks. If you have painting or masking experience, training will go much faster! Entry level Refinishing Technician requirements: A clean Department of Motor Vehicles record. Entry level- no experience needed, just a go-getter attitude! Starting pay of $41,600 salary Average compensation equivalent to $20-$30 per hour after the completion of initial training. Compensation after training is completed is salary plus a biweekly bonus which is determined by quality and quantity of work completed. This is a production based job. Hard work is rewarded!!!
