We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry. Job Description This is a contract based position for the term of Five (5) months. The hours for this position can be flexible and can vary depending on weather and other circumstances. The primary responsibility for this role is to maintain the grounds of our 158 acre Agricultural Facility/Property. There will be many opportunities to help and learn in the greenhouse as well. The chosen individual for this role will report to the Facilities Manager for Maryland and also act as an apprentice or understudy with the Maintenance Technicians. We will provide all equipment, supplies and training for this role. Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions) Work independently or without supervision to maintain the property standard set forth by the Facilities Manager. Aggressively eliminate barriers to personnel and equipment safety, ensure adherence to safety requirements. Train on proper operation, trouble shooting, and proper maintenance of property and relevant machinery. Focus efforts on creating maximum reliability for all equipment relating to facilities, building, and grounds. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in English is essential for this role Self starter with the ability to self manage if needed. Must work well with the Maintenance Technician’s if needed.
