OBJECTIVES: The objectives of the position will be to learn how to perform service and installations, start-up, and warranty work. Assist installers, technicians, and shop lead with day-to-day operations. QUALIFICATIONS : Basic mechanical knowledge Must have a good work ethic Ability to adhere to all quality and safety codes High School diploma or GED Equivalence Basic math skills Able to frequently stand; walk; use hand-tools Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently Willingness to participate in Apprenticeship Schooling Program Available to work overtime if needed including Saturday and Sunday Must be able to pass a background and substance abuse screening prior to employment. Subject to random and post-accident substance abuse screening. BENEFITS: Health Insurance – The Company pays 50% of the employee’s benefit after 30 days.
