If you’re ready to advance your career and make a real impact, apply today! JOB PARAMETERS: The Sewer Install Expert position is a full-time, hourly role paying $35/hour plus bonus potential. Shifts typically occur Monday through Friday and vary between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Residential Sewer Installations: Perform complete sewer system installations, including main lines, water lines, pipe lining, pipe coating, pipe bursting, and excavation, while adhering to the highest industry standards. Customer Sewer Evaluation: Evaluate customer sewer installations; develop a plan of action based on the sold/agreed-upon estimate and present it to customers using the Harts service process. Installation Criteria: Understand and follow installation criteria, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Apprentice Training and Development: Responsible for mentoring and training sewer apprentices, providing hands-on guidance in the installation of plumbing systems, including water, lining, boring, burst, coating, and excavation. Ensure that apprentices develop technical skills in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Install Experts are expected to foster a learning environment by demonstrating best practices, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring apprentices progress in both technical knowledge and workmanship quality. R EQUIREMENTS: At least 2+ years in residential sewer installation, with expertise in excavation and restoration. Plumber Trainee card CDL preferred with a clean driving record. Active Competent Trench card. Ability to inspire and lead others to achieve company goals.
