Ability to read tape measure Excellent problem-solving skills. Positive, professional attitude Valid Washington State driver’s license Ability to pass background checks Must be able to handle items weighing 50 lbs. or more. Must be able to perform within safety code requirements. Work well in a team or independently. Strong communication skills a plus. Experienced with power tools, hand tools, ladders, and machinery.
