This position will primarily handle direct to consumer order entry and returns. The best candidate will have prior customer service and stringed instrument experience, and is eager to learn about an extensive line of great products. Customer Service Representative tasks include but are not limited to the following: Direct to Consumer order entry Issuing RMAs, Credits, Replacement Orders Consistently making and taking a high volume of phone calls, chat support, and emails Assisting dealers and consumers with basic questions Working with sales, inventory, warehouse, and accounting teams Occasional hands on training and work Additional projects as needed relating to products and customer service Your skills should include: Prior customer service experience Experience with stringed instruments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated self-starter Ability to multitask and work under pressure Ability to work effectively within a team Strong attention to detail Highly organized Great time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Netsuite, Re:do and Shopify experience Ability to work flexible hours a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Paid time off Work from home Shift: Morning shift Ability to Commute: Petaluma, CA 94952 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaluma, CA 94952
