The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending raw materials and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Responsibilities Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials according to specifications. Monitor the blending process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality. Conduct routine maintenance on blending equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting issues. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of blended materials. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production schedules are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Assist in training new employees on blending processes and equipment operation as needed. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred, particularly in roles involving blending or mixing processes. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar programming software is a plus for understanding equipment layouts and designs. Experience operating hand tools, forklift machinery, and press brake machines is advantageous. Knowledge of welding techniques may be beneficial for certain production tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical documents related to blending processes and safety protocols.
