Primary Responsibility: As a Machine Operator, your core responsibility is to master the machines, ensuring top-notch product quality, speed, and adherence to safety procedures. What You’ll Do: Dedicated Expertise: Become a machine pro, ensuring quality, precision, and safety at a consistent pace. Consistent Procedures: Maintain operational procedures, documenting approved changes. Setup Proficiency: Learn and record machine setup consistently. Fine-Tuning Excellence: Master machine adjustments for safety and quality. Checklist Champion: Diligently follow checklist procedures and manage parts. Safety Guardian: Uphold unwavering safety procedures. Efficient Operator: Master tray machine operation for efficient production. Quality Monitor: Ensure product quality, including color and clarity. Mathematical Prowess: Proficiency in math, including fractions and decimals. Certifications: Willingness to become a Certified Forklift Operator.
