Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks. Learn and apply techniques in trim carpentry and wood flooring installation under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions carefully while demonstrating a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Skills Basic understanding of construction principles and practices is preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Knowledge of basic tool use and carpentry techniques is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
