Production Worker The Branding Shop 1010 Main Street, Bastrop, TX 78602 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Person to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced embroidery and Screen printing shop. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the operation of embroidery and printing equipment to do production and make sure our high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, a little mechanical knowledge, and the willingness to learn how to run our equipment safely. The right person for this position will also be able to interact with customers when needed and help them with decisions to get the items that fits their needs. Duties Operate embroidery and printing equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. Assist customers when needed in the showroom. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe working atmosphere.
