Donut Production Schedule Kitchen Crew – 3:00am-8am (appx) Benefits *Paid Training *On-the-job training *Flexible Scheduling/Set Scheduling *Employee Discount Responsibilities *Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form donuts, kolaches, muffins, or other products. *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment *Back of House Operations and cleanliness Qualifications *Attention to detail in all aspects of dough making, frying, baking, and finishing/decorating *Work well with a team *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience a plus, but not required.
