Responsibilities

What is the job?
As the leading service technician, it is your duty to prioritize the needs of both our residential and commercial customers. Your objective is to provide unparalleled customer service, execute flawless repairs efficiently, and preemptively detect any underlying concerns.
THE DUTIES:
  • Must be able to properly diagnose, service & repair various HVAC systems (it is a plus, but not required, if you have experience with boilers, tankless water heaters & SDHV systems!)
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with a team
  • Must be able to teach an apprentice
  • Must be able to perform annual maintenance on equipment
  • Must be able to follow instructions/procedures
  • Must be able to communicate with homeowners in regards to repair/service of their equipment
  • Is Dependable, Punctual & Detail Oriented

Qualifications

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • EPA Universal Certification & knowledge of code compliances
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to use hand tools & lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Knowledge in plumbing & electrical
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Skilled in sales is encouraged!
  • 3+ years in the field preferred
