The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn how ton install HVAC/R systems and become a team player. This role involves helping our installation department with various heat pump projects, supporting our team in the field and helping our company achieve complete customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated individual with mechanical aptitude and a passion for building and maintaining systems, we would love to hear from you. Duties Install Heat pump systems, including air conditioning units and boilers, according to manufacturers specifications and safety standards. Learn the proper way to commission HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Utilize tools such as Digital manifold gauges and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards. Learn how to document accurate records of work performed, including service reports and commissioning reports. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installations. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance or field service roles is preferred. Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of HVAC/R systems is essential. Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
