Duties Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Learn to read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. Participate in pipe threading and assembly processes as directed by senior plumbers. Support remodeling projects by assisting with plumbing installations in new constructions or renovations. Develop basic math skills to accurately measure materials and calculate dimensions for plumbing installations. Gain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic understanding of plumbing concepts is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical instructions. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn blueprint reading skills. Previous experience in carpentry or remodeling is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment.
